By accessing or using MyXRomance ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.

You retain the rights to the content you publish. You grant MyXRomance a non-exclusive license to use, display and distribute your content on the platform.

4.2 Prohibited Content

It is prohibited to publish:

• Content involving minors
• Non-consensual content or revenge porn
• Content that promotes violence or hatred
• Content that violates third party rights
• Spam, malware or deceptive content
• False information about your identity

5. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Comply with applicable laws
• Treat other users with respect
• Not harass, intimidate or threaten others
• Not attempt to circumvent security systems
• Not use the service for illegal purposes

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable
• Prices may vary and will be communicated before purchase
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Non-payment may result in account suspension

7. Content Moderation

All profiles and content are subject to review. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• User content is accurate
• Meetings arranged through the service are safe

MyXRomance is not responsible for user actions or any damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. In case of termination, payments made will not be refunded.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
